We are the pioneering factory specializing in the precision processing and manufacturing of various industrial components including precision springs, elastic components, and stamping parts. Our spring forming equipment is exclusively state-of-the-art CNC computer forming machines in the industry. Additionally, we are equipped with testing instruments including tension testers, projectors, salt spray testing machines, Compression spring fatigue testing machine， and more. Yuanwangxing in Xiamen has obtained certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, SGS, CE, ROHS, and environmental management system. Furthermore, in 2024, we were awarded the certification as a high-tech enterprise.
Our products find extensive applications across industries such as fixture connectors, automotive parts, mechanical components, electronic products, electrical appliances, optics, sports equipment, hardware and bathroom accessories, lighting equipment, motorcycles, bicycles, locks, furniture, crafts, watches, and more. We are also capable of assisting in the design and production of various types of springs ranging from 0.08mm to 8.0mm in diameter according to customer requirements. We strictly select materials, encompassing high-quality domestic spring steel as well as imported materials from Japan and South Korea.
Surface treatments such as nickel plating, zinc plating, gold plating, silver plating, blackening, electrophoresis, dacromet coating, painting, and powder coating are available according to customer specifications.
